Any game not played still send in a result sheet marked with the reason the game was not played so that I can allocate the points

Then I can impose any necessary fine to the offending club

Also make sure you indicate the name of the player correctly so that I can allocate individual winners their points.

Jo - Jhonno - John - J – Jhonny - Dumbo are all different players as far as I am concerned.
